Our team

Mark Longworth

PRINCIPLE DIRECTOR, BA(Hons) DipArch PGDipEEB PGDipAP RIBA

Mark Longworth is a Chartered member of the RIBA and joined DP Architects in 1997. Mark has extensive planning and design experience, including strategic and local plan representation. Mark has a love of historic restoration projects, new dwelling design, Arts & Crafts, Art Deco and Contemporary Design, as well as promoting Passivhaus in affordable housing projects.  Mark has a keen interest in social causes and local representation and was a local Parish Council Chairman for 10 years, and has also been a board member of a local Community Land Trust.

Stewart Green

DIRECTOR, MCIAT

Stewart is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over 30 years of experience within the industry and has been associated with DP Architects since 1994. His main areas of specialty and interest include; one-off bespoke contemporary and traditional design, barn conversions, listed buildings and conservation / restoration work. In his spare time Stewart enjoys cooking, growing chillies and Bonsai trees, collecting vinyl and keeping fit.

James Kestell-Cornish

DIRECTOR, BA (Hons) MCIAT

James is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and has been with the practice since 2005. James has a broad level of experience in providing full architectural services on a diverse range of projects, from small scale extensions to bespoke high end dwellings. His extensive technical knowledge of sustainable construction methods, meticulous attention to detail and contractual background adds value to any form of development. Outside of work, James loves the outdoors and enjoys coaching grass roots football.

Amanda Walker

DIRECTOR, BA(Hons) DipArch PGDipDP RIBA

Amanda Walker has over 20 years’ experience as a qualified Architect and 9 years as a Director at the practice. An accomplished designer specialising in planning, Amanda is also skilled in providing initial planning expertise, including site analysis and initial block plans. She has extensive knowledge of conservation architecture having worked on extensions and refurbishments of listed buildings. Amanda is also a volunteer for STEMnet, an organisation which encourages ‘STEM’ subject advocation in both junior and senior schools.
